My vehicle was totaled and Allstate assigned them the task of clearing the paperwork. The email communication and reminders were disjointed and their instructions were not good. They asked for a title release without saying it had to be signed anywhere in their directions. Dealing with them was frustrating and time consuming. Not very happy with Allstate Insurance using them.
Why do they steal from people? My granddaughter's car was cleaned out for no reason!
If I could rate a negative number I would! My daughter’s car was taken here after an accident, was considered totaled but we chose to keep the vehicle upon arriving back to me we noticed many things missing. I did call to see if anyone had taken anything out of the vehicle in which they mailed the items to me for them to arrive and have no where near the amount of items missing!
