very professional, very nice staff
Worst customer service ever received at Copart facility. Very bad attitude, unprofessional, when speaking to one lady others were all contradicting what their costumer service representative said. Got there 4:15 pm on Friday and they decided that it was too late to bring a lot outside. Highly asking Copart to investigate the facility.
My vehicle was totaled and Allstate assigned them the task of clearing the paperwork. The email communication and reminders were disjointed and their instructions were not good. They asked for a title release without saying it had to be signed anywhere in their directions. Dealing with them was frustrating and time consuming. Not very happy with Allstate Insurance using them.
Why do they steal from people? My granddaughter's car was cleaned out for no reason!
