Dishonest employees. After my car was totaled my ins. company took it to Copart where I was told I could retrieve my personal items. When I went to do so, I found the majority of my items moved to the trunk, but after taking inventory I noticed about $100 in small items missing (chargers, charging ports, a tire pressure gauge, and a code scanner etc.) When I complained at the desk they seemed pretty unconcerned and annoyed.
