This is the worse site ever.....bought a car and 3 drivers got there but couldn't get the vehicle out because of system error and incompetence of staff. They love to charge you storage fees even if you want to pickup your vehicle. Appointment schedule sucks at this site....never available. I regret not auctioning with iaa. Lesson learned. Vehicle still sits there after 3 weeks of payment received fully, they wouldn't release the vehicle for pick up and loves to charge you for storage. Whack system, shame on you
Today, I won a Mercedes GLC through my agent (Auction ID: 74949695) on Copart. After the auction, I was surprised to be offered a price much higher than the winning bid. This vehicle is very important to my family – it is a dream car for us, and we were hoping to make it a reality. They took my car through our insurance dont go to them they took many items from my car and when I asked the lady she saying was put down that there was no personal item in the car but they had a bag where some of my items were in if you come across them or ur insurance wants to use them tell them if u can have some else. What person wont know what in there car
If I could give them less the. 1 I would. A few weeks ago they had taken my car after an accident for Geico. I went to retrieve my belongings 2 days later and they could not account for not 1 item. The car was cleaned out with not any items left. When I inquired about the belongings they stated they have no information and the belongings weren't there. Over $1000 worth of items from softball gear, sweatshirts and custom mats etc are now 100% missing along with sentimental items! This place is defintely shady and never Never ... read more
