This is the worse site ever.....bought a car and 3 drivers got there but couldn't get the vehicle out because of system error and incompetence of staff. They love to charge you storage fees even if you want to pickup your vehicle. Appointment schedule sucks at this site....never available. I regret not auctioning with iaa. Lesson learned. Vehicle still sits there after 3 weeks of payment received fully, they wouldn't release the vehicle for pick up and loves to charge you for storage. Whack system, shame on you
Today, I won a Mercedes GLC through my agent (Auction ID: 74949695) on Copart. After the auction, I was surprised to be offered a price much higher than the winning bid. This vehicle is very important to my family – it is a dream car for us, and we were hoping to make it a reality.
