I am not sure what the deal is, or how it is even possible, but copart customer service continues to get worse every year. I do not plan to renew my license with them next year, the fees are outrageous and the amount of times I have to contact them for issues that they caused, only to be treated like absolute trash from their reps is unacceptable. Here is looking at you today Nathanial Baker "operations" manager. I guess ill be shopping more at IAA from now on.
