This is third time I bought a vehicle from Copart Edmonton and all of the three vehicles are damaged when receiving from the loader and the damage worth over 2000$ , I didn’t recommend to buy from Copart Edmonton bcz they damaged buy purpose , when we talk to the manager keeps ignoring the matter or not answering the phone , and said I can’t do anything for you , this is a scammer company
General Manager often fail to follow up with customers as promised. 5 of our vehicle bought from Copart location were damaged in their facilities, General manager is covering his employees. we wont recommend at all.
This place is a joke. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. they damage 3 of my units in 6 months by their loader. units were clean in Copart website however there was damage when receiving it.
Horrible location. Management has no co-relation with the front desk. Worse customer service. They messed my RV and my Sedan. General Manger is not cooperative at all, i lost close to $4000 because of them. I don't recommend. Never.
The worse location in Canada, they did a damage to my SUV due to the lack of experience on how operating a loader. I will never buy from them again. Worst experience in my life. Buyers Be aware be aware be aware
