I bought a car from Copart Edmonton, the AD was saying the car is in very good condition, no accident, no repair needs, no body damage, but when I picked the car up, and took to it to workshop, they told me the car has a big accident, and the body frame was cut and replaced with a new piece, and it is welded to the main frame, also the car has a lot of parts are missing such as the collision sensor, and it wasn't mentioned in the descriptions, all pictures they posted was for the body from outside to show the car is in perfe... read more

Never using them again. They listed my car as having mechanical issues even though I had just purchased it from an auction and it had been inspected prior to the sale. As a result, I lost nearly $2,000 dealing with Copart. I won’t use them again and have warned my dealers as well. I feel they scamming people. BEWARE

Purchased a vehicle from them as pictures shown. On pick up a massive dent in the door. There head manager said it's in our terms in conditions and we can do whatever we want. Do not buy anything from these people. No rules apply to them and have no morals. Nevemind the rear differential blowing up within 100km of this "no isusse car".
