A relative called earlier today to ask about a car they had purchased. Here's the thing though, they don't speak English, and the machine that answered had a Spanish option, so obviously they expected a Spanish speaking person to answer the call; an English speaker answered. Extremely disappointed with my experience with this copart location. (TL;DR - They damaged my vehicle and parts were missing when it was picked up and then refused to take accountability). IF YOU OWNER RETAIN YOUR VEHICLE AFTER AN INSURANCE SETTLEMENT, INSPECT CAREFULLY FOR MISSING PARTS AND EXCESS DAMAGE. Why? Let me break it down to you.
