I waited two hours before loading the car until they gave me one piece of paper title, this is not Copart, but a time waster
Staff were relatively friendly but the wait times were unheard of. Not sure if they’re just unorganized or simply lazy but I shouldn’t be waiting 50 minutes to pick up personal belongings.
I’ve bought from Coparts all over the country and this place is by far the worst. Inspected the car prior to bidding 2 days later after winning the auction the whole front end is absolutely destroyed. I’m convinced the employees here purposely damage sold cars
AAA uses this company to tow your salvaged vehicle back to you. Beware, they will ransack your vehicle and steal from you should you leave anything of value in the car. Thanks for destroying my locked glovebox in the process
