Very bad experience with Copart Denver. I bought a vehicle from them more than 3 months ago and still have not received the title. Every time I call, they tell me “the title has not arrived yet” and ask me to wait another month. Also, every employee gives me different information and nobody seems to know what is really going on. Their process is unorganized and customer service is very disappointing. I still do not know when this issue will be resolved.
