The process to pick up my vehicle should've been easy but no response no call back no anything from the people operating this place 5 days later still trying. To anyone who has dealt with them take solace in knowing I will be taking legal action against this location.
This place is awesome. Easy to deal with and Jason is on point all the time. Oscar the loader dude makes load out quick and easy.
Very bad experience with Copart Denver. I bought a vehicle from them more than 3 months ago and still have not received the title. Every time I call, they tell me “the title has not arrived yet” and ask me to wait another month. Also, every employee gives me different information and nobody seems to know what is really going on. Their process is unorganized and customer service is very disappointing. I still do not know when this issue will be resolved.
