The forklift operator refuses to load the cars. They’re creating unnecessary trouble and asking for $$$ cash to load the vehicles onto the trailer.
Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff This location is on a mission to make as many customers as miserable as they can I called Copart earlier in the day to confirm if I could arrive at 4:30 PM for my pickup, since my appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. The forklift operator at this yard is very unprofessional. Instead of simply doing his job of loading vehicles, he demanded extra money just to load the car onto the trailer. This is unacceptable behavior and creates a terrible experience for drivers and carriers. Such practices are untrustworthy and make it very difficult to work with this facility.
Someone stole several items from my vehicle when I went to pick them up a few days after my car accident. I was told to reach out to the regional manager because they said there's nothing they can do about it at that time. I did so twice and after 2 months they never bothered to even respond much less assist with my situation. Extremely unprofessional, it was only a few hundred dollars lost but the fact they won't take responsibility or even respond to me is the worst. Do better.
Very bad experience with this forklift operator. He refused to load a small Ford Transit Connect (compact van) onto the trailer, even though there was no valid reason for it. The job was done unprofessionally, with no willingness to help. This kind of attitude delays the transportation process and creates unnecessary problems. It really seems like these guys are making a very good business ($$$) out of not loading vehicles onto trailers instead of simply doing their job.
