I never leave reviews but this company has had a negative impact on everyday life. They have caused unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They picked up my totaled vehicle. The bank sent them a letter of guarantee the same day to their portal and they told my insurance they didn’t received it, and the bank can see it was sent to their portal. Due to them saying they haven’t received the letter of guarantee my insurance will not pay the bank, and I’ve been stuck not able to... read more
