How about put the right name on the check when you write it, so that a person doesn't loose an hour out of their day, and then when you inquire that they should give you some gas money for having to drive all the way back their from Danville, they mock you. The young lady working the desk was incredible rude with horrible customer service skills both times I went. Just a viscious person. I'll certainly let Cash For Cars know to try to send their cars somewhere else when they are around Danville. Horrible rude.
Very easy
I never leave reviews but this company has had a negative impact on everyday life. They have caused unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They picked up my totaled vehicle. The bank sent them a letter of guarantee the same day to their portal and they told my insurance they didn’t received it, and the bank can see it was sent to their portal.
