Can't even get the pick up right. I called on a Wednesday and scheduled today, two days later (Friday) as the pick up date. Got a call from a driver, that Wednesday that he was on his way to my vehicle location. After informing him about the actual scheduled date, I called to inform the person that I made the pick up date with and she said it was still scheduled for Friday... WRONG! Час стоял на площадке ждал когда вывезут автомобиль, в приложении заказал апоитмент чтобы забрать тайтл, машину привезли, тайтл не отдают, нужно еще один апоитмент сделать в офисе. В результате не успел на следующий пикап. Потеря времени, денег и негатив от брокера чью машину не успел забрать!
Dishonest and horrible. They brought our car back with obvious and admitted new damage and refused to do anything whatsoever to help. BBB has 88 reviews of them posted and EVERY SINGLE ONE IS A 1 star with despicable descriptions of their business practices. BE WARNED!
