Час стоял на площадке ждал когда вывезут автомобиль, в приложении заказал апоитмент чтобы забрать тайтл, машину привезли, тайтл не отдают, нужно еще один апоитмент сделать в офисе. В результате не успел на следующий пикап. Потеря времени, денег и негатив от брокера чью машину не успел забрать!
Dishonest and horrible. They brought our car back with obvious and admitted new damage and refused to do anything whatsoever to help. BBB has 88 reviews of them posted and EVERY SINGLE ONE IS A 1 star with despicable descriptions of their business practices. BE WARNED!
Good customer service, vehicles is good condition fresh ambient.
They just ruined my whole schedule. 9:00 AM and the fork lift has just pulled out 1 single car. Security Lady doesn't know what she's doing. They want first arrived trucks in the back and new arrivals in the front making things even more complicated for forklift
