This was exceptional service unlike the reviews said. Caroline one of the front desk employees had exceptional customer service. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Thank you.
Was told by insurance company to come to this place to pick up our car . We notified this company 1 hour at least that we are coming to pick up our car as instructed by State Farm . Arrived here few people standing at the counter with 2 office workers serving . We were in line in short . Told us to wait for 30 minutes but that 30 minutes became 1hour 15 minutes . No waiting area inside the building so have. License plate broken and unable to install back .Service is horrible .
