This place is absolutely ridiculous! I would never want to deal with an insurance company that sends customers here. It honestly felt like they had plans on keeping my car. When I finally got it back, all the screws for my license plates were missing. How does that even happen? If you remove something from my car, every screw should be put back where it belongs or at the very least returned to me. If you don’t work directly with Copart they will not let you in before 15 your appointment and then God knows how long it will take them to load you and wait for title . I wish I knew I had to wait 45 minutes and rush to my other appointments. Well its other big city establishment that does everything against people .
