Everything went smooth until I got my motorcycle back. It looks like it was completely submerged in a mud puddle and left out to dry. The exhaust was broken off, and it was not like that when they picked it up. I guess if you’re doing an insurance claim there’s no accountability because the customer rarely sees it again until repairs are made. I will not trust them again. Bike was totaled and part of it was because of the damages they caused.

This business is great office personnel and yard personnel are very professional and help me out a bunch when I had to sell my car I definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking to sell there vehicle

So, long story short, my reference # given wasn’t enough to release my car (you would assume a REFERENCE # means thumbs up, all required info & doc. is complete), mind you their APP will even ask for a reference # as a “quick” p/u, I spent over an hour before I left the lot! Not to mention, inside my car was trashed as if someone was told to remove everything decorations & leave it on the seats, floor, compartments, all the while NEVER NOTIFING ME TO COLLECT MY ITEMS within the 10 day timeline.
