This place is a place that auctions off cars. They're really good with their service and great people.
My daughter and I had to go there to retrieve her belongings from her totaled car. The staff from the office and the yard were so KIND and CONSIDERATE to both of us after all the other run around we had gotten from towing company. They made a bad situation tolerable. They all deserve an AT A BOY. Will definetly recommend if this situation arises again. Thank you CoPart for your kindenss.
Everything went smooth until I got my motorcycle back. It looks like it was completely submerged in a mud puddle and left out to dry. The exhaust was broken off, and it was not like that when they picked it up. I guess if you’re doing an insurance claim there’s no accountability because the customer rarely sees it again until repairs are made. I will not trust them again. Bike was totaled and part of it was because of the damages they caused.
