DO NOT LET THEM TOW YOUR CAR!!! I had my car towed from my house by my insurance company and they outsourced to Copart. The only thing wrong with my car at the time of pickup was damage to the door due to the accident it was in. When they returned my car to me, they had cracked my oil pan and knocked the muffler out of place. They then disputed this claim saying there was already a preexisting oil stain in my driveway caused by my car which was false. I came from Charleston to inspect four cars, but I was told I can only check two with my membership. How was I supposed to know the rules had changed? I purchased the membership under one set of terms, and then they were changed afterward. This doesn’t seem right. The administration is doing a terrible job
