Very nice and helpful!
I came from Charleston to inspect four cars, but I was told I can only check two with my membership. How was I supposed to know the rules had changed? I purchased the membership under one set of terms, and then they were changed afterward. This doesn’t seem right. The administration is doing a terrible job

I see why they are rated so low! This place is an embarrassment! They have two girls and a guy that work in the office. One of the girls, I believe her name was Briana, lacks simple skills so she should fit in well there. Her manners are terrible! She will ignore you and ask someone else to help you while she works in flip flops of all things! She’s rude and very condescending as well. The other young lady will try to help the best she can.
