We had a horrible experience with this yard. We’ve been using Copart for years and have never experienced anything like this before. Because of this situation, we will no longer be buying from this location. Patrick T., the manager at this location, refused to assist us or provide any help with loading. He was extremely rude and simply sat in his car watching the situation unfold. He continuously made excuses as to why he couldn’t help and even intervened when others attempted to assist us. I've been waiting two days for someone to come and get my vehicle being told different times through the day. No one has shown up STILL. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time and lives!!
