If you don't have a staff member who knows how to deal with the public, then don't have one—but don't hire a rude, ill-mannered employee who doesn't know how to handle customers. She ignored me, barely paid me any attention, and served me with visible disgust; it was a truly terrible experience.
Very disappointed with how they handled a situation with my loved one. Customer service here is severely lacking, and I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
