Worst experience ever. Stay away from this place. They need to be shut down. You buy a vehicle here, and then they make it nearly impossible to pick it up, creating their own rules and trying to take as much money as possible from you. I’ve been buying from Copart for over 20 years, and I have never had this many problems just to pick up a vehicle. The workers act like they’re above everyone else. This nonsense needs to stop.

If I could give 100 stars I would, General Manager, Britney Parker is a very good manager and a good person. I came from NC to pick up a trailer and I had some problems, they solved them very quickly and professionally, Thank you very much and good luck with everything
Waited 30 minutes just to see a vehicle i left never got to see the vehicle this is why there stock price falling month over month
Only one forklift at the entire auction, so expect to wait at least a couple of hours.
