I have purchased many vehicles from Copart. Recently there was a bit of confusion with a vehicle, the staff handled the situation professionally and the General Manager, Rafael Pla immediately stepped in and got things straightened out very quickly. Copart remains a valuable partner with my business.
Submitted a bid showed a pure sale next day it’s now minimum bid. Very shady practices. Shouldn’t be allowed once a bid is submitted.
The manager and staff here suck. Because of misunderstanding from their side, the manager said he was having a bad day, and wouldn't let me through with someone with a membership as a guest🤡.Wasted an hour driving here for this.
