My 2015 Hyundai sonata was towed here from Muelllers in Kannapolis. Your stuff may go missing and no one will be able to figure out what happened to it mysteriously, so make sure you take everything out. Even down to your lighters, change, and ashtray. 0 out of 10.
Doesn’t answer their phones or the several voicemails you leave them at all. They were also supposed to mail back the license plate of my car after my insurance company requested them to do so, but they decided to destroy it afterwards instead.
I am a premier member on copart, I use copart a lot, but it is the only place I don't like to buy cars. I have not encountered this at any other location. This location has the most unpleasant and unhelpful employees. Last time I asked the employee to give me a vest, as I have the right to a vest once a year and I do not need to buy it, but she said that there are no such rules and you need to pay for a vest.
