I went last Monday, December 15th, to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle because someone had crashed into it and it was a total loss. Anyway, the customer service was decent and efficient, but when I went to my car... surprise!!! Everything was already packed in bags, ready to be taken out... but... many things were missing, like cash, my expired driver's license, important papers, and even my cell phone charger... wow, it's amazing how they steal your things!!! This copart is nightmare! Had an appointment for 3pm, showed up at 2pm and lot was full of transporters. Disorganised, loading started at 2:45. Now is 4pm and I am still waiting
