This review is for Jimmy specifically he is the yard manger sold me a car that was listed as front end ended up having half of the engine parts missing and taken apart the cat stolen which by the way wasn't in the pictures he then admits that he personally saw this happen and told me that's your problem and don't waste my time then hung up the phone keep in mind I'm a dealer and have purchase many cars from this yard he never had a problem taking our money or us "wasting his time" until there's one problem which he knew abou... read more
Tow truck never came after being told multiple different days of pick up. Finally dropped it off myself and when I arrive there were multiple tow truck driver just sitting around doing nothing. And they also told me they couldn’t give me the extra money that you get when you drop it off yourself because the tow truck was on the way to pick it up. The tow truck had been “on the way” for 3 days already so it didn’t make sense. Amazing customer service on the phone but they don’t actually do what they way they will.
I don't know what is the point to make an appointment, the loaders take hours to load the cars and the office don't make a shit about it
the staff is terrible, especially Nancy, the most incompetent employee
