My insurance company made me take the cars to this place after storm damage. They were supposed to call before picking up the cars to set an appointment. They didn’t. They showed up - on 2 different days - for 2 different cars with no warning. Luckily I happened to be home. Then. They stole leather car seat covers, papers, money, and returned the cars without the license plates, when I called about this stuff I was told they knew nothing about the seat covers, powers, money but I could come pick up the licenses plates.
