Horrible service!!!!
Terrible. Wasted an hour with the front desk over a guest pass after confirming with customer service it was something they offered here, only to be told it’s not and even if I purchase a membership, I still can’t access the yard same day.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place of business is filled with unprofessional employees that have a thief among them. Many items went 'missing' out of my car. The lack of concern for these stolen items made matters worse. Filing a complaint gets you nowhere, and it seems that the management is non-existent. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
Car was towed here through Tesla insurance, went to pick up my personal items from the car, and multiple items were stolen from the car- which after reading the reviews seem to be a common complaint.
