Terrible wait times. Rules not clear. Zero Courtesy
Bad service
I’ve never been to a place so disorganized. It doesn’t take over an hour to find a vehicle. When I spoke to a representative in the morning I was told just come in. She did not mention anything about their dumb process. Not everyone has a smart phone but step one is use a QR code. Be prepared to wait.
Probably Copart pays $7 an hour to its front desk people here. They are rude and extremely slow.
Loader Omar is a scammer. He won’t load unless you pay him. He sits in the back collecting $20 a car and I have a 9 car that’s $180 just to get loaded. This is b.s. Copart needs to do something about this. Wait time is 2 to 3 hours unless you’re paying Omar he will skip all appointments unless you pay him. What a shame.
