Bad management
Only reason this place isnt getting a 1 star and if it were possible a 0 is because a woman i believe named Wendy was nothing short of fantastic. I had called their stupid universal number and got told i was going to get a call back twice over 2 days about getting paid for the car they had already pick up and never got a call back. After not getting any call back and that number stop answering it had been 3 days with no payment. Today I'm here to report my bad experience at this place! I'm a transporter and whenever I go to Copart's facilities, I never have problems arriving an hour early, marking my arrival time, and going in to load! But today was different. I arrived with an appointment for 2 pm, and I got to the facility at 12:45 pm, and the staff said they couldn't load me, only when I arrived at 2 pm, and they asked me to leave the yard, which was empty with no one there except the machine operators chatting amongst themselves!
