The girl that I worked with was very professional. And very pleasant, very nauseable.
Don’t care about your stuff at all! Before handing a title over they will touch all your stuff and throw wet clothes in a giant trash bag (because they don’t close car windows) along with my dad’s CD collection getting destroyed…. Some collectors items..
Compared to many other copart they do a terrific job with paperwork and vehcile releases.
Nothing but a bunch of thieves! My car was towed to them instead of a body shop without my knowledge and when I went to retrieve my personal belongings anything of value was stolen. Reported it to the office and they tried to blame the tow yard.
