First experience was met with a friendly staff member. What left me reeling from applying for a membership is as follows. Agent did not care about seller misrepresented vehicle condition, not disclosed hail damage, windshield cracked, suspension need 3k repair...
Customer service is bad due to policies. Managers hide behind desks and don't want to talk to customers. We need better service for paying customers. One person at the front to register visitors. I believe it's a strategy to force persons to buy just off photos.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this auction. The situation feels unfair and non-transparent: when a buyer wins the bidding, they are not allowed to back out, yet the seller can cancel the deal even when the auction has been completed properly and without any issues. If the seller is not satisfied with the final price, the vehicle is simply withdrawn, the conditions are changed, and all bids are cancelled.
