Terrible customer service. Rude staff and not helpful at all. Waited at front for 20 minutes just to not be greeted.
My car was brought here to be evaluated and then totaled after it was in a crash. Without notifying us, the car was completely cleaned out before we could get to it, and several items that I wanted to keep were disposed of, including something of sentimental value and some medical paperwork. Not happy.
As long as you have their app things go very quickly!
