Was picking up my vehicle at this location, well, waiting for the Loader to bring my car out. I needed to use a bathroom.. I came to the office and I was told no public bathrooms. I told them I’m not public, I’m your customer!! I was told to go to the gas station across the street to use their bathroom. I walked across the street to the gas station to use the bathroom. The cashier told me to tell Copart office to stop sending customers to the gas station to use the bathrooms. In my opinion that is very rude! The way I see it... read more

Our car was taken here to be looked at after an accident, and while it was there our car was stripped of everything personal, glove box emptied, arm rest empty, back seat everything gone hatch items bagged like it was trash. And car was labeled like they were going to sell it for parts. How awful 😞
