I’ve been transporting vehicles since 1998, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went to Copart Bismarck to pick up a pickup truck. The forklift operator brought the truck out but refused to load it onto my trailer, even though it was a simple load. Instead, I was sent to the office and given only one tow company’s number. Never come here, the forklift doesn't know how to load, the staff in the office doesn't want to work at all, he picked up 4 cars from 8 to 12!!!!

Poor communication. Rude manager. !!!!!! Forklift guy was so funny. Was pick up truck ford f150 he said this vehicle is can’t load on your trailer . Because to heavy vehicle was inop . They are unprofessional.
