Very disappointed with Copart. They charge premium buyer fees and additional service fees, but when a key gets lost after purchase, they take no responsibility at all. The vehicle was supposed to come with 2 keys, yet the answer was simply “we could not locate one of the key .” Replacing modern car keys can cost hundreds of dollars. For the amount of fees Copart charges, customers should expect better accountability and service.
This is the worst place in the world to buy a car from. I bought a 2016 Ford taurus limited from this company, the listing said it only had minor dents and starches, when I brought the car to my macanic I was told there was no transmission in the vehicle. Im still waiting to get my title for this vehicle and it's been over 30 days. Everytime you call them they push the date back on when I shall receive my title. Nobody cares and nobody will help you.
