RachJ: Wish I had read your post earlier. I am well aware my daughter should have cleaned out her car when wrecker picked it up. I DON'T CARE how big of a hurry they were in, GET YOUR PERSONAL STUFF. Our Insurance, Travelers, towed her car 80 miles to Copart. We never knew the car left town!! Thanks, Travelers !! We drive 80 miles to find the car, and you guessed it, no personal items were recovered. Ignition key was taped to steering column. Key ring and all other keys are missing. The have insurance card with address on it... read more
