This is, without a doubt, the worst Copart location in Georgia. I pick up vehicles from Copart locations all over the state, and Austell is consistently the slowest and most disorganized. Every single time I come here, I wait over 20 minutes just to get a vehicle. Today there were several drivers ahead of me, and not a single vehicle was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. Had my car towed here after a wreck. Whoever went through my belongings, which this place does and bags up your belongings without your consent, stole my Apple Watch and my $200 headphones.
