Worst copart ever. Office people are rude.. copart closes at 5:00 and i pull in at 4:30 to pick up my last car. Drove 100 hundred miles to the destination and they refused to load me.... they treat you like your in prison
Just one of the overall worst yards of all copart. The yard is an absolute dump. They have no way to email anyone for help. Why bother booking an appointment, they’re so slow. You’ll get helped when they feel like. They will purposely delay you. Maybe two people ever working in the office, but it always looks like they just finished a pizza party. Well I am here with a friend who was able to purchase at a good price but there is extra fees that are added to the purchase which vary and there are fees added if you purchase and choose not to or change your mind. So know what you are getting into. I posted pictures of the lot. And have safety vest and boots on.
I showed up as quickly as I could to retrieve my personal belongings. After totaling my car I wasn't able to get a rental car until the next afternoon. I came out the next day after I left work after already missing two days of work. I have a 2-year-old that is with me. Everything I retrieved from the car was ruined because they took everything and threw it in a garbage bag including hand sanitizer that leaked everywhere a water bottle that they claim was dumped out but it still had water in it.
