This place is a complete joke for tow truck drivers. The hourly rate is a scam, the zones are not enough pay. They get you to apply easy because they mention making 80 to 100k a year that’s not the case because your not on deployment all year, the management sucks an seem to care for they self, very unprofessional disrespectful dispatcher as well. Was just at that location and was rudely told misinformation by worker and manager that visitor sign in no longer existed to preview vehicles for $25 if you don’t have a member id which is false that service does still exist. Per website and contacting Copart. “ Want to preview vehicles at a location near you? Licensed Basic and Premier Members can preview vehicles at no cost Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Non-Members must sign up as Guest Members and pay a $25 fee in order to preview.”
Large inventory
Terrible management! the forklift driver damaged the rear end of my truck and they told me the truck was sold as is even though he did it right in front of me. I asked for any kind of refund for the damaged bumper and quarter and they said absolutely no. I ended up giving the truck back, lost a full day and a full tank of diesel.
