Always great customer service, I’ve never had any issues with pickups or problems with paperwork. They always make sure to check everything and make sure that the right vehicles are being loaded. And the office staff is always great and fun to talk with and the yard crew as well. I appreciate everything they do. Thank you Copart office and yard crew.

Absolutely Awful!!!!! You can't even bid on a Vehicle until you pay the $99 registration fee. Bull shit.
You don’t deserve even 1 star sorry. Terrible customer service with a self entitled attitude. Picked up a vehicle and all the loose parts in the pictures were not there. They told me the vehicle has been here for a long time so we probably tossed them. Then proceeded to tell me read the fine print on your members account. We are not responsible for missing parts not attached to the vehicle even if they are in the pictures. Their next course of action was we can void the sale. I already drove 2 hours. Customer service is terrible, better have all day to pick up a car because they only know one speed and that’s slow. Never seen a place that literally no one cares to help out the customer.
