My totaled car was supposed to be picked up by copart. I was told to expect the driver around 8-12. After waiting FOUR HOURS after the scheduled pickup time, the tow never came. I called the driver and asked why my car hadn’t been picked up. He told me that he couldn’t find it so he just left. When asked why he hadn’t called me, he very aggressively told me that he had called and that I could have prevented this.
