My totaled car was supposed to be picked up by copart. I was told to expect the driver around 8-12. After waiting FOUR HOURS after the scheduled pickup time, the tow never came. I called the driver and asked why my car hadn’t been picked up. He told me that he couldn’t find it so he just left. When asked why he hadn’t called me, he very aggressively told me that he had called and that I could have prevented this. Unless you want to pay exobanant fees and storage after 1 day. Don't buy from here.
By far the worst Copart location we have dealt with. Unorganized incompetent staff and poorly managed .
Very poor service makes me want to quit buying cars
The staff at this location go above and beyond. The yard is very well kept and office is clean and tidy. Staff is very quick to help when needed!! Thank you Kevin and Brandon you rock!!
