They prepare your car for auction without even waiting for you to approve the bid. Once you don't approve it and want your car back, they replace the battery with a dead one! Please, if you asked for your car back, it doesn't matter if they return it running! Check the battery and make sure it's the one you had before! My mistake cost me dearly!
Terrible experience! I arrived to get my belongings out of the car once being told it was totaled. I walked up to my car being absolutely ransacked and a lot of my decorations missing or broken. The manager of the place was so rude and nasty about the situation. He as very unempathetic and mean about the whole situation. Im going through my claim adjustors to file a claim on damages and lost items. I really want to emphasize how rude and arrogant the manager was to me. No remorse or compassion. Waiting in line for more than 3 hours just to view, they are extremely underpriced and absolutely do not want to work! The manager is rude!
