Completely incompetent staff! I have to deal with this company because they work with my insurance. They had 0% information when I tried to call them regarding my car. They didn't even go to the right location at first and we're not helpful when I called them to inquire about my car and whether or not they heard from the insurance. I'm absolutely in shock and awe that this company exists. Friendly staff, they were accommodating to me. Although I was late for my appointment the manager still pulled out the car for me even though they were pretty much done for the day. Thanks a bunch!
Devon is a great loader, always super safe while loading the cars and always very helpful 👍🏼
