This is the worst cop in Texas. When the usual operator is not there, it is a disaster, work piles up. The new person who gives you the documents takes too long. Terrible customer service. They are not conscientious, very strict with appointments and do not keep them. If you want to have a bad day, visit them. The only thing that can be saved is the usual operator. The unfortunate thing is that the clients are not to blame and we have to fulfill our commitment to them.

I will never ever buy another vehicle in this location! Over all except was terrible! We all now Copart has made several changes this pass couple months and if your not buying cars every week/month you miss this changes. The personal from each location should explain and help there customers to understand the changes. This location does very poorly on customer service. Management should learn to be polite Forklift guy is a very nice But he can’t handle all loading because everytime I come there are 6-7 trucks stay there 2-3 hours just to get loaded. Today I came at 10 am and left at 2:4pm.
