Terrible customer service experience. I contacted support to get clarification about a coupon issue, but the representative was rude, did not listen to my concerns, and ended the call without providing any explanation or resolution. Hanging up on a customer instead of addressing the issue is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on the level of customer service I received.
If you're transporter and want to side load, forget it! They will not load you from side, only front and back load
