Absolutely insane experience. I was hit by another driver and my car was totaled, I went today to get my belongings and my car was wiped clean! Nothing in it except my floor mats and snow brush. I tell the people and they basically say oh well, so I call the towing company that originally had my car and as soon as I say that my car is at Copart she says oh no, they are known for that. This place is trash. Horrible manager. Good luck trying to get anything done. Terrible customer service. Just a bunch of hardheaded people.
