This is, if not the best, one of the best Copart locations in Northeast Ohio! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend — great service and great experience!

Absolutely insane experience. I was hit by another driver and my car was totaled, I went today to get my belongings and my car was wiped clean! Nothing in it except my floor mats and snow brush. I tell the people and they basically say oh well, so I call the towing company that originally had my car and as soon as I say that my car is at Copart she says oh no, they are known for that.
