My mom’s car unfortunately got hit when she was coming home from work during the recent snow storm and her car was totaled out. Her insurance company had it sent to this location where it would be taken care of. We went to get the car. The woman on the phone said it would be pulled around front so we could collect any items that were in the car. When we got there it wasn’t up front and we had to go into the junkyard for it. This is, if not the best, one of the best Copart locations in Northeast Ohio! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend — great service and great experience!
