First you have to go online to have access, I was the only one there at the time, and it took over 8 minutes, next they provide a vest to go in the campound, or towing area. But there is a gate and the attendant must open the gate, with this heat waiting when i was expected to be there and have the gate open for me. I screamed at the attendant and then finally opened the doors for me, yes i had two bags and two chairs that i had to walk a full block. I dont recommend anyone to purchase vehicles in this particular location. The staff so rude and lack professionalism
The forklift driver, Michael, keeps us waiting too long. The same thing happens when we go to Copart Mentone and Copart Adelanto. They are providing poor service.
