I dont recommend anyone to purchase vehicles in this particular location. The staff so rude and lack professionalism
The forklift driver, Michael, keeps us waiting too long. The same thing happens when we go to Copart Mentone and Copart Adelanto. They are providing poor service.
Very rude staff the lady is very unprofessional do not even want to be there . As well as the guy at the corner desk very unprofessional and unhelpful if you guys hate your jobs you should not be there. as a buyer and transporter you've given me a very poor experience.
Suddenly my account was suspended with no reason, I’ve been visited this office and the manager told me that I have a debt 20$ which I paid by cash directly to the manager Paola. Just in case I didn’t get any recipe. 10 days after my account still suspended, is it a great service you think?
