I had a great experience selling my car to Copart. I dealt with Ashley throughout the process and she was great! She was very patient and helpful since I had a lot of concerns handing over my car and title and only receiving a check from a company that I wasn't familiar with and had to trust that the check would actually clear the bank. Absolutely unprofessional and uneducated people work here. Bulliing, harrassment and discrimination toward drivers. They have no space for 9-carhauler semi trucks. When our driver entered the yard, they didn't open the gate to at least he could make a u-turn, and copart employee Jessica Fevard along with general manager Danielle Stewart tried to force driver to make illegal move- backup 80-feet truck on to highway without any assistance for no reason., harrassed the driver and threatened to cancel load appointment to pick it... read more
