Worst customer service experience ever. This yard really needs to hire people that know how to follow procedures. Manager Jennifer kept me waiting until now to request a duplicate title ignoring the fact I have customers to be accountable to. She said she mailed the title but there is no proof that titleever left the office. Tracking number was created but the title was never sent out. FedEx confirmed and next gear confirmed. Most uncooperative people I have ever met. Just amazing how a bunch of people sitting around can be so unprofessional and uncooperative

I drove to the Clewiston Copart location expecting to inspect inventory before bidding. Staff could not confirm that even a Premier membership would allow me to walk the lot and inspect vehicles. If you’re traveling a long distance hoping to browse inventory, call the yard first and get a clear answer before making the trip. The Copart main customer service number was answered by someone that could barely speak English. Wasted a significant amount of time on this trip.

The way vehicles are handled at the Copart Clewiston yard raises serious concerns. When parts keep disappearing from cars, it's hard to believe they are simply being "lost."
