I drove to the Clewiston Copart location expecting to inspect inventory before bidding. Staff could not confirm that even a Premier membership would allow me to walk the lot and inspect vehicles. If you’re traveling a long distance hoping to browse inventory, call the yard first and get a clear answer before making the trip. The Copart main customer service number was answered by someone that could barely speak English. Wasted a significant amount of time on this trip.

The way vehicles are handled at the Copart Clewiston yard raises serious concerns. When parts keep disappearing from cars, it's hard to believe they are simply being "lost."

My BMW M3 arrived at Copart with both headlights installed and left without them. Headlights don't magically disappear , someone stole them while the vehicle was in your custody. Mr. Moises Vasquez can call them "lost" if he wants, but let's be honest: somebody stole parts from my vehicle, and Copart is responsible. Stop making excuses and take responsibility for what happened.

One of your employees decided that my BMW M3 no longer needed its two headlights and removed them from the car. The headlights were fully intact before the vehicle entered Copart's custody. Instead of taking responsibility, Mr. Moises Vasquez claimed they were somehow "lost." Headlights don't just disappear. Someone removed them. The vehicle arrived at Copart with both headlights and left without them. This happened while the car was under your control. I expect accountability, not excuses.
