Charged my 16 year-old son a fee of $25 to have him go on the lot with his father to see a vehicle, they told him he can waive the fee by filling out an application but after filling out paperwork they charged the account with a fee. They said we will charge you $10 for two vests and you’re ready to go, but that wasn’t the case. Overall, Copart fees are crazy. They try to make money off of everything. Years to look at any vehicles. Every time I come here there is some excuse why it's slow.. today there was a sign that said closed be back in 30min... Done coming to this location
The gal that greeted me at the desk was so sweet & helpful! Especially at a stressful time, she went with me to grab the rest of my belongings and carried my floor mats to my vehicle. Thank you for going above & beyond!
