I give Copart 1 star only because 0 stars wasn't an option. They purchased my car 2 weeks ago and will not give a reasonable timeframe for pickup (within 48 hours) so I wasn't home. They tell you to leave the signed title and the keys in the car and they will leave the check in the mailbox. The check was made out to the wrong name so I was not able to deposit it. When I called to let them know about the error they said I could drive over an hour to exchange the check for one made out correctly. I refused so they said they wo... read more
