They totaled my car and I bought it back from my insurance. Make sure you take everything out of ur car if you don’t want their employees to come up on any of your belongings. I left my steering wheel cover and multi plug in and once they brought it back to my residence I noticed they were gone. I went in person to ask and they said the steering wheel was probably ripped off and the multi plug should be in the car if not it was never in there.
