rude and unsresponsive
Customer service is terrible. I called four times today, and every time I asked to be transferred to my local branch, they hung up on me. Completely unacceptable experience.
viewing system needs to be changed.
-100 I have not been here for a while family issues. just went there to look at a vehicle got told for 10 mins straight all they can't do now list of 50 things by 2 women... they don't want customers here anymore sad. Even wanted me to by a safety vest to walk out back 10 feet.
