The new viewing system is frustrating and inefficient. I have to wait 30 minutes to be called in, then another 45 minutes in the office after being called. After all that, I only get 20 minutes to view two cars. If I need to see four cars, which happens every week, I’d be stuck waiting around for nearly four hours just to view them. I’m fed up with Copart and their auctions. I hope they go bankrupt. They need to improve their customer service and viewing practices—this is ridiculous.
