The absolute worst customer service ever!!! The host stated we needed reservations to enter! Wow. Left I guess the manager came after us party of 4 stated there was an open table. Ok, gave them an opportunity after how treated when we walked in... Sat us next to the most snooty group of women. Who stared, I felt them and turned and greeted them, being the nice person I am... Best seafood I’ve had in my life. Speechless
Wanted to love this place. We made a reservation 4 hours ahead of time.. got there they girls asked us to wait outside.. 3 host…why? Sat outside reservation at 8:00.. got there early.. 8:10 rolls around after seeing 15 people walk in.. same 3 host forgot about me— I said you told me to wait outside. So my table been ready and you just forgot. Sit down and at 8:20 we finally get a server.. my son orders a Dr Pepper and 55 min goes by and finally He gets it. After having to ask. TLDR long wait for food, missing items on meals, entree missing, drink missing. 6 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler. Wednesday dinner. We arrived around 7pm and there were only about 7 other tables. We ordered cocktails and apps - apps were quick and tasted pretty good but bread I requested for my toddler never came and fries, also for my toddler took the longest.
