This review is mixed because while the service was amazing, the food fell very short. The best thing we ordered was the Elote Ribs. However, our tacos were not that good. The birria tasted good, but the shrimp was overcooked and chewy and the carne asada had no flavor whatsoever. I was very disappointed after seeing good reviews. In a place like Tucson where there is a Mexican restaurant on every corner- you want to stand out, and that did not happen with Copal.
Adorable little spot! Great HH, Great service, very cool decor, outside patio, and little doggie play area.. it's truly Awesome!
