I have owned my condo at Western Auto for 15 years and do not know why this company claims us as notable when they ignore us and take away our best people. Once Diane Barton took over we have been an after thought. She is unresponsive and does not care about us. Email responses only happen if we copy our HOA board President. I am highly disappointed in this company and recommend you look elsewhere for your property management needs.
