Do not recommend, aircon was spilling fluid onto the carpet; we were told to just put a towel underneath. There was no way we were staying so left and did not stay the night. Bed looked clean and okay, but bathroom still had sand in it and wasn't really clean. Needs better care or updating.
I can't believe they rate themselves 4 stars. We went with 3 families and had 2 'family villas' however, they forgot to mention there were no living areas in the 'villas' so we had to sit on our beds - it is not family friendly. The balcony on one of the family villas could only fit 2 people. The rooms were filthy when we arrived, dead cockroaches on the carpet, I had to ask them to clean our room after we had checked in. Our kitchen flooded and the reception area was filthy. Very disappointing stay.
The place needs a good scrub… filthy in many places but paradise if you are a cockroach reading this. The smell of mould from the dishwasher was so potent I fear I may have contracted a tropical disease! PS there’s broken glass in the pool and the lift doesn’t work
