Great park. Very quiet and well maintained.
Rent was to high and you had to pay for the utility which was gas . The AC was a window unit . To small for a 2 bedroom and to small of a bathroom.. flooring was weak since it was wood . Glad we moved out and never looked back.
Copa is a small trailer community for the real life people, they are good hardworking people that live there, it is not a resort it doesn't have a lot of amenities, but the best amenities are the friendly folks that call it home.
Rent is extremely high. Homeless people are living in the laundry mat. Maintenance is non existent.
