Been very nice to me and helped me when ever I needed something
Bad customer service all around. I have an appointment at 10:45-11:00 and I was told when I called last week they call me at 8, I called and then copa health said oh they will call you at 10:30. I got up early when I was told they call me at 8. I’m switching the minute I get caught up on my appointments. I don’t recommend this one.
Groups are back which is cool,, I never know who my case manager is because they all quit so fast but Katina who runs some of the groups is always helpful so never having a case manager ain’t so bad.
