Nice people trying hard to help in a field where they make almost nothing and get yelled at daily.
Between this facility and the one at Metro center, Copa has failed me, they switch case managers constantly, so it's impossible to get any of your mental health goals accomplished, because you constantly have to start over with the new case manager. My last case manager left a year ago, I have yet to receive any communication of a new Update, they finally deccase manager. Oh, but they're quick to harass you at your job or home. This place does nothing for their clients and the case managers, front desk, doctors and higher ups are not professional at all. I have been out of my psych meds for the past few days I have been waiting for a call and even called them myself to get the issue fixed and I haven't been able to get in contact with the benefits specialist or my case manager at all these past few days. Just restarted care after more than 5 years of ghosting them and living my best life in another state, the happiest i ever was. Im back in the vally and trying to remove the SMI status, that was wrongfully put on me, and i was told it was a program for adults who were in the system or grew up in households where the system failed them and to help them get back on their feet.
