I emailed Copa about a 6 week rental for Casa Grande. They gave me pricing and I responded to their email that I was interested in the 2 person golf cart. Now, 5 emails and 3 voicemails later I still have not heard back from them. Look Elsewhere, very unprofessional !!!!
Bought an Alfa golf cart from SanTan Golf in 2023. They are now in bankruptcy. Had lots of trouble. Finally stopped running last week. I won’t go into that but I had Copa look at it and they fixed everything in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. We have dealt with Copa for a few years and they are courteous, professional and very accommodating. I rate them 100%. Thank you again Chris and employees.
Only because cant leave zero starts. Had our Cricket cart there for over a year. Said was fixed. $775 of “work”. Took off the trailer at home and it would shut off every time you pushed on the throttle! Called immediately. Took back down to them. Now TWO years in and not fixed and no resolution in sight!! Would only refund $300!!! Horrible people!!! Horrible business!!!
