Only because cant leave zero starts. Had our Cricket cart there for over a year. Said was fixed. $775 of “work”. Took off the trailer at home and it would shut off every time you pushed on the throttle! Called immediately. Took back down to them. Now TWO years in and not fixed and no resolution in sight!! Would only refund $300!!! Horrible people!!! Horrible business!!!

Customer service is great, being able to rent a golf cart is great, over all great service
In the past we have taken our cart here and have spent plenty of money gotten good service and have referred people. This year if I could give them a zero I would. We took our cart in the first of December and we are at the end of January every time we call they haven’t even looked at it they give us the runaround terrible service!!!!!!
