Best seasoned crawfish in Bossier Parish! Hot and fresh, not super spicy and great flavor. Be sure to get there when they open or you’ll have to settle for something you may not be satisfied with!
Great flavor, but the crawfish was either overcooked or previously frozen…not good for it actually being crawfish season and all the other restaurants have a fresh supply.
The crawfish were not purged so they were very muddy not salty enough and our potatoes were hard as rocks. They weren’t even cooked so I don’t think I’ll be going back.
