I would highly discourage anyone from retaining Jenna Bailey if you are seeking an attorney to advocate on your behalf. Jenna seemed to be entirely reactive throughout my entire divorce proceeding. She was less than forthcoming with the information she did have regarding the case, timelines, and actions. I recently retained Jenna after firing another attorney in Indianapolis that is the #1 defense attorney in the state of Indiana. I felt he was transactional and that while I paid him his retainer (which was more than normal in my case) He did not work on my behalf. Sent his assistant Attorney to court the first time I was in court and did not return phone calls or emails.
