I have a problem with my home and was told to quit calling him. Was offered no help whatsoever. No I did not purchase the home when it was built. It was never lived in. I did not expect him to "fix it for nothing" ; I expected him to stand by his workmanship. If a concrete pad is poured right it doesnt develop a lot of cracks within one year. Plus mr. Cooter called harassing me over the review I posted. If you won't at least stand by your workmanship you might need to take up another profession.
